We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, worn, damaged, or altered items

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

  • Items returned without proof of purchase

3. Return Period

  • Returns must be requested within [ 3 days ] from the date of purchase

  • Items returned after this period may not be accepted

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method

  • Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items

  • Exchange requests are subject to item availability

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable delivery service
